Freshcut BarberShop

This was the worst barbershop i’ve ever been in my life. I’m writing this review to make sure other people don’t make the same mistake of coming here like I did.I asked the barber, Emilio, for a fade similar to a burst fade and even showed him a photo to make it easier to understand. Although his English wasn’t great, he told me he understood what I wanted. However, there was zero communication during the haircut as he spent the entire time talking to the other barbers in Spanish while cutting my hair. Towards the end of the haircut, I politely asked him to take just a little bit off the top but he looked visibly annoyed that I asked him to do that and proceeded to take the electric hair trimmer and cut a straight line on my forehead, which completely flattened my hair and made it look lik

I’ve been going to Fresh Cuts for a couple months now and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. I usually don’t even make an appointment as someone is almost always available to see me right away. All the barbers have been very welcoming and professional and the shop just has a very cool atmosphere to it. To those that don’t know though, this is a primarily Hispanic barber shop so do not be surprised if you hear most conversations going on in Spanish. I am not Hispanic and speak very little Spanish and that has not stopped me whatsoever from feeling welcomed or getting top notch service every time. I also highly recommend you ask for Emilio when you stop in. He has really good attention to detail and I’ve never been disappointed after getting my haircut by him.

Walked in with my son ,was greeted at the door. But sooo loud in there. All the barbers speaking Spanish to each other not socializing with customers. Very overwhelming/intimidating to walk into.my sons hair cut was wonderful, the barber took his time. He was respectful when we did interact. The hair cut was amazing but the environment is like a moshpit.

When I entered the shop, no one greeted me. As a walk-in I asked the wait time, the 1st barber on the right answered he did not know. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. All chairs were full, those came in door after me had made appts online. The upsetting part of this visit was that a barber had no client, sat in his chair for 30-45 minutes before asking me over. Then his appt walked in and back to the waiting area I go. Another barber with no client, sat to get his hair cut as I waited longer. It says walk-ins welcome but today I did not feel welcomed.
