The language barrier with the manicurist that I had was bad. I don’t think he understood much of what I said because he kept talking in his language to someone else to ask questions. I spent $65 to have my toes done and he only put one coat of polish on so I had to come home and pretty much fix them. He didn’t file them down very well. the old color that I had on you could still see near the cuticle. Just overall not happy and I’m not that picky with my toes. I just want him to look decent. But I’ve never had to come home and redo my toes myself because I was so unhappy with them. I would not recommend. I went to Walmart one time and it was less expensive and a way better experience, believe it or not. Also a couple of other people that came in and were requesting specialty nails. We’re ha

My go to salon. The only drawback is they aren’t really great with designs but what they lack is made up in a deep knowledge of technical skill. Kim is the only manicurist I will go to because they will last perfectly for a month until I have time to go back. EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE compliments my nails wherever I go. I wish there were more options for designs but it’s fine. I’ve also experienced good days and bad days here but everyone is human. I am a satisfied customer.

5 years ago I had a bad experience here and I said I would never be back. I came back and I totally regret it. Kim is still just as rude. The place was empty so I thought I would get good service since she didn't have to rush... I asked for short gel nails and this was not what I expected. I tulype all day and these are too long and not evenly shaped, the gel polish looks transparent and and not clean at all. Waste of time and money now I will be paying someone else to fix it 🤦‍♀️

In response to the trolls, I visited Kim this afternoon and had a relaxing and extremely enjoyable deluxe pedicure and manicure. Where else would you receive a paraffin treatment with hot towel leg wraps, followed by an invigorating and professional massage when it was included in the service and not an additional add on? Oh and my mother is 88 years old and a germaphobe. This is the only salon she has used in over 15 years. The manicurists know their clients and remember our preferences such as the shape I want on my nails as well as how gentle they need to be with my mother. Kim and her staff at Friendly Nails are the best in town at a fair price. Oh, and I had my eyebrows waxed too. You should try them, and tell them Kathy sent you 😎

Visited here yesterday 4/9. I initially went in to soak off my nails and get a gel manicure. I was extremely happy with it so i asked my nail tech if she did pedicures she said yes so i said ok I'll go ahead and get one. She sat me down, but to my surprise an older gentleman sat in front of me and proceeded to begin my pedicure. While she took someone else. I thought nothing of it and went on... I was asked what kind of pedicure i wanted. I went with the basic $28 one. When asked if i wanted gel polish i said sure. To my surprise a basic pedicure with gel polish was $43 because it was considered a separate service. Mind you my gel manicure was only $30. I'm beyond upset that this is the polish quality i received after paying an additional $15! There is paint on my skin, it's clumpy looking
