Friendly Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming to Friendly Nails & Spa on and off since I’m not always consistent with my nail appointments, but every time I go, I see Pam for my manicures or sets and Lam for my pedicures. They’re both great at what they do—always attentive, kind, and make sure I’m happy with the results. They even manage to fit me in when I call last minute, which I really appreciate! I’ve always left feeling happy with my nails and their service. Highly recommend both of them!

Got a new full set put on and they looked okay at first, but when I really looked at them, they were horrible. I even drove an hour to this place because of the reviews. I went to my normal nail tech and showed him the nails and he said the tips they used were too small and didn’t fit my nail bed. I had gone in with my sister(whose nails came out okay) and she wanted me to go back in and complain, but we still had a few hours of errands to do and I didn’t have time to have them fixed. Place is okay depending on who you get.

I haven’t had my nails down since 2006. Thought I’d try again after a horrible experience of nail fungus but wanted to have nice fingers for my visit to see the family next weekend. After tip I paid $80. This is what I got. Mind you it was uncomfortable and the person doing my nails kept talking in a different language and I had no idea if it was me they were speaking to or another person. They never looked at me so I’m guessing it was a conversation with the air or someone one else in the room. .Not happy! Photos are day two. So sad!!!

This was a horrible experience I went home crying because no only was the set not what I asked for but there were red flakes and hair in my nails, the gems did not match and they were overlapping. There was glue ALL over my nails and I got cut 4 times. Never coming back unless its for a pedicure.

I have been to over 4 nail salon in the area and this is by far the best one I’ve been to! My nails looks great! You can tell they have high standards. They have been fantastic both times! This is my new salon now(:
