$25+ same day booking fee is wild work. I understand the theory of it, maybe it may be an emergency type need. But that is silliness. If you have same day availability it means you aren't book solid, or had a cancellation. Both scenarios should be greatful for the last min scheduling. Shame bc I heard amazing things about this salon and was eager to try it. Wouldn't had been a same day scheduling if they weren't closed the 2 days prior to schedule advance. Lame

will not be returning here again. My first appointment I didn’t get in the chair until an hour later. Booked again and my appointment got accepted but when i got to the salon they said my appointment was not accepted because they got me confused with another client. How ?

Highly recommend Friends salon for the Loc fam! I lived out here in Central PA 2+ years and finally found a salon that caters to my thick locs!!!! Thanks Jahayda again for hooking me up for my graduation pics. I'm definitely making another appointment soon for my grad day! 😎

I found Friends when I relocated to the area. I have locs and am selective when it comes to who touches my crown. I did my research and found Rhon ❤️ I’m so glad I did! His salon is professional and has a welcoming atmosphere. He is an established stylist and has a line of his own products. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I love that I don’t have to wait for my appointment time. It is super easy to book through the website and the communication is quick which is a major plus. They will also book around and accommodate your schedule. Highly recommend!
