I’ve been a regular customer for about a year (monthly visits). The service is consistently excellent, the environment is clean, and the staff are both talented and friendly. They always manage to create the exact nails I’m looking for. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely LOVE all the girls at the salon. They are so gentle and kind. My mom is the one that got me into coming in and now we come in every month. It gives us some bonding time and we leave with BEAUTIFUL nails. 💖

Thank you for the amazing job done on my nails! I came in for the first time and did a pedicure on a Saturday and then asked if it would be possible to do a design I saw online. They saw it and said it was possible so I booked an appointment for Monday. Hannah was so kind and helpful! She worked fast and had the bases done in less than 30 minutes. Then she worked masterfully on the bugs and gave great suggestions! I don’t normally wear nails but these feel great and I love how Hannah worked her talents. Friends and family are complementing them and want to drive from far to have their nails done by this salon. 100/10 rating on this place and the job they did on both the pedicures for me and my friends, as well as the manicure I got ❤️

The best walk in salon I’ve ever experienced. I am always one that’s too shy to say when I’m not happy with a set but I never quite get what I ask for so I hadn’t found a home salon. At Friends, I noticed from the beginning the care and attention they gave and felt comfortable enough to get lost in conversation with my girlfriend and not stress about having to restate what I needed for my nails. I just showed my inspo pic and two wonderful techs got to work (one did the set and another added the art). They’re all perfectly shaped, apex is even on every nail, and she compared the size of each nail while shaping so they’re nice and uniform despite my natural nails being all different sizes. Pedicure was fantastic too! So impressed with the work here!

Today I tried Friends nail and spa for the first time. I saw Shanna, she did a very nice job on my powder dip nails. I love them. She paid great detail to filing the shape, to the length of each nail and took her time. I’m very pleased. Thank you.
