I have been a regular customer since 2015 and have always been satisfied as a customer! I am grateful for the hard work and dedication of the owners and staff to always go above and beyond to help with picking out colors, nail ideas, and overall making my experience relaxing and rejuvenating. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, and this place has earned 2 Stars or less! The atmosphere was nice but that's where the good comments end. I got a gel nail manicure with French paint on my natural nails. It was $50 plus tip. The nail technician did not clean my cuticles very well, there was gel stuck under my nails when I left and the massage was a little more than a high five. I got this done one Sunday afternoon. Sunday evening there was a chip on one of the corners of the paint. Monday the entire nail has chipped off. I went back and asked if they would repaint that one, and they did with no problems. Two days later another nail had completely chipped off and now as I write this another is chipped. Usually, a gel manicure lasts me 3 weeks, this one lasts 5 days! I'

I’ve never left Frisco Chic unsatisfied! Whether it’s a wax, facial, nail design or pedicure they always go above and beyond. Coming here always feels like a treat and the staff feels like family. I drive all the way from Aubrey because there’s no other comparison between my house and this salon. I couldn’t thank them enough!

I've been going here for years. I use them mostly out of convenience because they are near the house, but their service and quality are inconsistent. I do like that their staff is usually friendly but the service could definitely be improved. This last time, I got my nails dipped and had a Christmas design on some of them. I think the design turned out nicely, but the next day, the tip of one thumb was peeling, and the day after that, the tip of my other thumb started peeling, too. I've never had that happen before. Thankfully, it's a sparkly Christmas red color so, at a glance, those nails don't look ruined. I was also charged for a "unique shape" this time, even though it's the same rounded shape I've had the past 3 or 4 times, and it wasn't considered a unique shape. It's just frustr

They are always amazing. The staff there always makes sure you are comfortable. I have been going here for years and never had an issue. If you’re looking for a nail salon to go to try this one out!
