I’m really sad to write this cause I really liked going here for my first couple visits but the stylist really messed up my hair and I’m really upset about it. I tried calling and they told me a manager would call me back but they never did. There’s nothing they can even do to fix it cause my hair is chemically burnt off. I just feel like there should’ve been more communication between me and the stylist. I trusted him with my hair and went home and the next morning my hair is like this. I have a big trip planned next month for my birthday and now I’ll have to go with my hair like this.

Book Niaz!! You seriously won’t regret it! I have long, thick hair and she knew exactly how to take care of it. She listened to my wants and gave me the exact cut and style I was hoping for - including directing me to better blow dry products to help my hair keep volume. Niaz is such a sweet person and makes you feel so comfortable in her chair as she walks you through what she’s doing and what we’ll do next appointment to maintain the style! The salon is also beautiful and the other stylists/workers are also very kind. Plenty of parking at the building too.

I’ve been making a 45-minute drive to Frizzles for over a year now, and every single time it’s been completely worth it. The entire team is professional, delivers high-quality haircuts, and, most importantly, they’re extremely friendly and personable people. I highly recommend Jill and Ronny, as they’ve been my stylists for all of my visits, but honestly, every single stylist in that salon is excellent at what they do. You can’t go wrong with anyone here. I would highly recommend Frizzles to anyone looking for top-tier service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Highly qualified stylists and the special curly cuts are very good but I didn’t feel that the staff were very friendly or cared much about you. For the price, I expected a more personalized service, finishing touches and care. 4 stars for overall quality and experience of staff but I’m looking elsewhere for a more pleasant experience.

I went into this salon as a walk-in because I was busy and have been having a hard time finding a good place. Omar, Lucy, and Anne were amazing! Omar, the stylist, is warm, kind, and knew exactly what my hair needed. The haircut gave me a much needed refresh. The cherry on top is that the cut is very affordable compared to most salons. I will definitely be coming here again!
