FS CUT & COLOR (Fantastic Sams Hair Salons)

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in to cut off dead ends and reshape layers. I knew I'd be cutting off several inches, so the length is not the issue. I am new to the area, so I dont have a regular hair dresser. The issue is the cut is so blunt. Its very square! The layers are so blunt you can see each and every layer. They aren't even in the back. The sides have almost no layers, so its almost like I have dog ears. I also got a deep conditioning treatment. I have thick hair so when she only put a dolip of product, i asked, is that enough for my hair? She said, oh yes! I normally have to pay a little extra because my hair is thick. Then, when I asked why kind of deep conditioner she used she told me, oh I dont know, its whatever my boss mixes up. Interesting! I am s

Trinity did my wash and cut! She was very kind and easy to talk to. When asked to cut more off she was happy to do so. She doesn't push conversation and allows you to just sit, relax and decompress, it was lovely.

Lost my hair due to chemo, received a synthetic wig from victory in the valley.it was long and curly. Too long. Jessica did a fantastic job. She has been doing my hair for many years

Jessica was great to talk to and swift with her work. Unfortunately, a bit too swift I think. My bangs came out pretty choppy and too short after I got home and washed them. Between that and the price (not Jessica’s fault but pretty ridiculous for a 10 minute trim that turned out subpar) I won’t be going back.
