On this day….🤬🤬🤬🤬 December 31, 2025 , Worst nail experience of my life. I came with an appointment and no appointment was honored and when I got that girl, I asked for hard gel… RUBBER and they gave me some POLLY GEL to pick and left extremely disappointed. No proper manicure was done at all none of cuticles were removed or prepped, which is basic nail care. The application was rushed, uneven, and poorly executed. The polygel itself looked thick, sloppy, and unfinished, no actual nail color was applied. What I received looked nothing like what I requested. The service felt careless, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful to the customer. I paid for a service expecting quality and hygiene, and instead walked out feeling frustrated and uncomfortable with how my nails looked. I CRIED 😭😭😭😭

I loved the service from the staff, I left happy with my nails, I will be back.
