This the best braid shop in Rochester! First my hair was so short more shops denied me service, but not here! They was nice friendly and fast neat branders. I work with the mother and daughter in and out in 3 hours for human hair micro braids! 2 months later my hair grew like crazy and I’m coming back again! Thank you!

I arrived for my appointment on 11/4/23 at least 15 minutes early. At the time of my appointment, the braider decided not to come in, and the owner said she would call me when another braider finishes. I found another braider that would accommodate me. I am so over getting my hair braided in Rochester. Fun fact: I am Kenyan. I never experienced this this with African braiders in Kenya or NYC.
