ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Kwan said i was “too picky, he didn’t want to do my nails again. To choose the owner” I walked in with 5 nails. Needing repairs & a fill. I got gel, 5 new nails, almond & long. Got charged $118 + tax $125.. They charged me for 2 fill ins. & called me too picky. I’ve never experienced having to pay for two fill-ins because it “took too long”… left polish on my fingers, forgot to remove acrylic under one & insulted me. DONT RECOMMEND.

1st time I went a older man did my nails perfectly. The second time a younger guy did them. He did an okay job, you can tell he is the new and I’ve had issues ever since. I had to clean up the cuticle area myself(1st pic is right after I left), I’ve had nails breaking, lifting and cracking and it hasn’t even been a full 2 week. If you go here ask for an older tech.

I like this place I’ve been going to this place for over five years. I left and came back and still love them. They know what I like. They know what I need. I I like future nails

Absolutely NEVER AGAIN!!! A few dollars off from $200 for my niece and I to get our nails done here and that’s insane for the service we received. I was pleased with the way the gentleman did my nails but my niece on the other hand left so upset her nails weren’t even blended filed evenly and looked NOTHING like the picture she showed of what she ideally was looking for!!

I don’t usually complain, but the way I was treated, plus the way my nails turned out, it feels warranted. My whole experience was just awful. To start, I called ahead early Sunday afternoon to see if they had any openings for two walk ins full acrylic sets that day. The lady on the phone assured me that they had time, so my friend and I drove there. We walked in and were rudely greeted by an older lady. I thought she said “do you have an appointment”. I replied, “ no I don’t have an appointment just walk ins”. I thought I was being very respectful. She said “ Yeah I know what can I do for you”. Then after I said we were just looking to get two full sets of acrylic. Then I was told to sign in, without any instruction but it was easy to figure out so we signed in. We waited a little while w
