Futuristic Nails

I came in for a hard gel refill and left with two cuts on my fingers. My nail tech, Cici, filed too fast despite me telling her it was hurting. She ended up cutting the sides of two of my fingers, and didn’t apologize until I asked for band-aids at the front desk while paying.The tech also complained when I requested for her to use a thinner nail filer after cutting me the first time . What made it worse was the lack of care or apology until prompted. There are proper techniques to avoid injuring clients, and I shouldn’t have had to endure two cuts for that to be recognized. Also, the manager didn’t offer a discount even though my finger was bleeding. This experience was careless and unprofessional. I could not relax in this salon. The water for my pedicure was boiling hot! and the lady goes "it's not hot" "do you want cold water?" like....Girl 🥲...Then..She (nail tech) tried to sell me these foot care products that I simply did not need. Once I said 'no thank you' .. it just went downhill from there... she (nail tech) stopped paying attention to me and pressured me to pay using ATM before my nails were dried... like chill out! G o l l y!. Of course I tipped because she touched my feet but Sorry, I won't be a returning customer.💔

If I could give zero stars I would. I did my nails Tuesday night at 7:30pm by Jenny or Judy (started with a J ) . The next day 7/3/24 I noticed air bubbles in eight out of ten nails however I had other matters to deal with and as so I did not go into the salon again until 7/5 as the 4th was a holiday. When I explained that I had air bubbles that could cause a fungus or infection in my nails, the lady(Amy) refused to replace them only adding glue under the one that lifted completely off the nail bed and redid the one that fell off on 7/4, in a different shape and color acrylic after I explained multiple times that I had pink powder not clear. Frankly I should’ve insisted they be done correctly the right way but Amy kept stopping to stare at the client beside us nails but, I had grocer

YO-YO is absolutely AMAZING!!! She took her time with my nails and was very precise. I barely even felt her touching my hand she was that gentle. My nails came out beautiful! My design was a bit complex and she nailed my vision perfectly. The price point was good and well!! It is worth making the trip here!! They won't disappoint!! All the staff was nice and helpful. Biggest tip I ever gave to a nail tech, and she deserved every dime of it!! Why? Because she isn't a nail tech she's an artist!! Visit Futuristic Nail Salon and ask for YO-YO!!! Sitting in the chair right now, it’s one unsanitary and two they are money hungry. I said no the first time stop asking me to add things I already said no to. But Cindy did do a good job she did my nails quick which I was a little bit concerned for cause I thought since she was going so fast she might do a poor job. But they came out super cute. She Recommended a nice color for me.. I don’t like how I didn’t get my foot massage. I thought all pedicures came at one.
