G & P Nails

On Sunday Sept 21st I went in to what I thought would be a normal pedicure/ manicure. I find out they sold the salon, some insight I’ve been a loyal client for years. I get my nails done everything is fine so I proceed to get my toes done. I am in saying “ouch” 10 times as the lady is doing my toes, she laughs it off. That night I take pictures of my 6 bleeding toes & I have a scab from the scrubber. IM IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN I CANT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT MY CUTS AND SCAB EFFECTING ME WHEN I WALK OR PUT SOCKS. I spent more than 115$ all together (75$ of that being on my toes). When I came in today (3 days after) I told them I’m in pain they laughed in my face and stated they didn’t do it and I was told by the boss that I wouldn’t be given a refund nor a free nail set . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my nails done today Unfortunately, they didn’t clean my cuticles, and every nail was in a different shape than the second one. They didn’t like it, so I asked them to change them, but they refused. I ended up paying twice for the same service. so terrible don’t go there

Horrible service. Cut me on all 10 toes during my pedicure. Very unprofessional and not a clean work space environment

Used To Go To This Place Whenever My Main Nail Tech Was Booked . Each Time It Got Worse And Worse But I Tried To Give The Benefit Of The Doubt . The Woman Who Did My Nails Always Wants To Use “ Powder Acrylic “ On My Nails Because She Doesn't Like Painting Nails . I Got A French Short Set For $50 & The Nails Did Not Look Worth The Money At All . Will Not Be Seeing This Place Again . Also Seen One Of The Workers Cutting Eyebrow Strips While Handling Money And Placing The Strip On Random Chairs . Those Strips Goes On Peoples Faces…Run Don’t Walk . The French Set Is G&P & The Green Set Is From Fancy Nails .

I’ve been going here since the beginning! Jojo left I stayed and stuck with Linda and Jenny. Went in today Jenny no longer works here so someone new did my feet, horrible! The service I received today was unprofessional. I got there about 9:50am left 12:40pm unsatisfied. I always hear that Mimi is good but at this point I’m convinced that if you don’t speak spanish she won’t see you and that’s my opinion with the experience that I’ve had on more than one occasion. Plan on finding a new spot GP isn’t it for me anymore.
