The lady who arched my eyebrows doesn't know how to arch so I would not go here if I was you. I asked for them to clean up the arch I already had and I dont know what the hell she did. She did her on thing and messed me up

The service here is terrible. They didn’t do a good job on my SNS service serveral months back. I brought it you the manager’s attention and he was responsive. Fast forward I went today to give them another chance since they are close to my job. They denied service to me and had the nail tech tell me instead of the manager. She said “ you didn’t like it last time”. I said true, but #1, so y’all have a picture of me in the wall somewhere? That was months ago. And, I was trying to give them another shot in case it was the tech not the salon that was the problem. I waited 30 mins for that reaction. They said they would do the pedicure. I said so y’all don’t know how to do SNS? You are not getting one cent from me. If quality is you standard, don’t go here.

Jenny is absolutely wonderful. She did amazing job on my feet and my nails. I am so happy with the job she did at a reasonable price, and thankful. She was very nice and thoughtful. I will recommend my friends to her at GT Nails.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I went to the nail shop on July 12. I came in the shop for S&S for my fingers and then gel polish with a pedicure for my feet. When I came in the lady already act like she didn’t want to do my feet and they had the open sign off 4:45 pm. When I came in, nobody told me they don’t do S&S with French tip. They took me to sit down and put my feet in the water for the pedicure then she ask me what I want do. Every color that I picked did not have the matching color for my feet. So I had to just tell her never mind because I’ve never experienced this at a nail shop. Every color I’m picking you tells me there is no match. I used to live on this side of town years ago and the shot was terrible then. So nothing’s pretty much changed. I wouldn’t recommend a shot

The service is decent. However, i went today and saw how unkept the establishment is. Could use a deep clean.
