I wanted a simple, clean haircut, but the entire experience was terrible from start to finish. She was very rough the whole time and did not handle my hair carefully at all. Even while washing my hair, she was careless and let water run into my T-shirt, which was already very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Before she started cutting, I clearly explained exactly what I wanted and specifically said that I did not want harsh layers and that I did not want my hair too short. I even repeated it again while she was cutting because I already noticed it was going wrong. Instead of listening, she became unfriendly and basically told me that she had already decided how to cut it. The result is honestly shocking. My hair looks completely different from what I asked for: extremely harsh layers,

Truly excellent. I have no words to describe how professional Gabriele is. I have a lot of hair and she knows how to make the perfect hair cuts (believe me when you have a lot of hair you have to look for someone who is excellent) definitely God has given her a gift and it is not easy to get someone who does haircuts so well. I 100% recommend her.

As soon as I was lord into the salon I felt so special! I was greeted right away, asked if I wanted a drink while we walked over to her chair. Gabriele took her time and listened to me. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked . She did a great blow dry too! I highly suggest the massage chair while you are being shampooed. I will definitely be back! Thank you
