Gaia Nails Organic Beauty-Walnut Creek

First off let me say this place is exactly what you want in an organic nail salon setting. As you step in you dont even feel like its a nail salon. Your not hit in the face with that awful chemical smell most salons have. The Japanese wellness pedicure is what I chose and man was it worth it! They took there time and cared for me unlike any other place has before. My wife got her nails done last week and was highly impressed with there talent and again how it is all organic! Highly recommend

Log my holiday nails! This was created using the builder gel with regular gel color for the French tips and designs. I’ve been coming here for months because it’s big, clean, quiet, and the staff is super sweet. They always do a great job.

Great experience! The staff was professional and efficient. The environment was very calming and beautiful, and even the regular manicure chairs were really comfortable! And I loved how my nails turned out! I went with a group and the staff made sure that we could all sit together, and they gave us water and made us feel comfortable while we waited for others to finish. The organic aromatic salt scrub was also great — everything smelled and felt amazing and nothing itched or activated my formaldehyde skin sensitivity at all!! None of the nail polish smelled either. Great experience, all the best of a manicure and so accessible because it is organic, too! It made me want to come back all the time!

Such a disappointing occurrence at this location while getting a pedicure. I had a toe nail lifting while getting a gel removal. Henry (the tech) was quiet when it happened, almost as if he wasn’t going to tell me about it if I continued to not pay attention. The tech next to him saw my concern and stated it could have been an injury. I do not recall an injury, however my biggest concern was the communication that followed. Henry continued to work on my nail, gluing the nail down and not giving me time to process what just happened. Another employee named Faun came by and again stated it was a previous injury and so at that point I left it alone. The next day I came by to speak with the manager Faun, who apologized but also stated it’s not the techs job to communicate about the toe nail (

Gaia is an absolute hidden gem. ✨ From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, thoughtful, and beautifully designed. The pedicure room alone deserves its own shoutout — low lighting, quiet, deeply relaxing… it feels more like a spa retreat than a nail salon. 😌 The talent here is incredible — every tech does consistently excellent work, and the attention to detail shows every single time. 💅 But what really sets Gaia apart is the team. They work so hard to accommodate my schedule and requests, always with care and professionalism. That kind of service is rare. Honestly, this place is so good I’m almost hesitant to share it… but great spaces (and great people) deserve to be recognized. 🤍
