Hands down the best place for all the services I’ve had. I have been coming here for almost 7-8 years now. The attention to detail here is unmatched. Jyot and Raj aunty have always been incredibly meticulous and don’t rush the process at all. The parlour itself is spotless and has a really relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for quality and consistency, this is the spot. Top-tier service and a lovely team. They use high-quality products and the results speak for themselves. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is always polite and welcoming. Jyot does my facials, threading, and waxing — she’s amazing! She knows exactly what to do, works gently, and makes the whole experience nearly painless. I’ve tried other places when I couldn’t get an appointment with her, but nothing compares. I always leave here completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Galaxy ever since its conception, and have had no complaints ever. Jot and auntyji are all time favorites. I’ve also recently used them for a lot of saree draping gigs during festivals. Sushma is amazing with her art and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I have been a regular customer here, but this time was very disappointing. I had called ahead to confirm if there would be any wait for eyebrow threading and was told there wouldn’t be if I came before 2 PM. I arrived at 1:50 and still waited until after 2. When I checked again after 2, I was told to wait even longer and that it was considered a “walk-in.” This felt unfair and disrespectful of my time. Clear communication and better regard for regulars would make the experience much better.
