Galaxy Nail Bar

I am so happy a friend recommended Galaxy! I was in search for a new nail salon and am so happy I came here (even though I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time, it was 100% worth it). Eric did a full set and did a wonderful job!! He made sure each nail was the same length and the shape is perfect too. He made them super thin (which I prefer) and it was only $60.00 even with chrome (previously paid $75.00 for a fill elsewhere). The place was very clean and the hostess was very sweet even though they were slammed! This will be my new go to nail salon!!

Jenni is amazing. She's done my nails for 15 years and is a good friend of mine. However, she's been on vacation, so I scheduled an appt for my daughter and me for manicures with any technician available. We're a couple minutes early to our appointments and waited for more than 20 minutes with no timeline in sight, so we left. 2 people with appointments ahead of us waiting, too. I was told they were short staffed. If it weren't for Jenni, I'd take my business elsewhere where my time is valued.

I had appointment at 1pm came in at 12:30pm and im still here waiting and it is 2:15pm she kept grabbing people that did not have appointment and put them ahead of me I said something to her and I'm Still waiting so I will be leaving as soon as my daughter is done which is in a few minutes but I WILL NOT BE RETURN and I was a good customer and this happened the last time I got a fill but not as long of a wait I get it if you are short handed but you would think they would have gotten me in at some point not A HAPPY CUSTOMER and still waiting 😤 UPDATE: after making an appointment for 1 PM my total wait time was 2 hours and 15 minutes I ended up leaving at 2:45pm and ended up not even getting a fill done The owner came up apologized and offered to give me a gift card.He ended up giving me a

I paid for my daughter-in-law and her friend to have the Pearl pedi, one fill of nails and a full set of acrylic. The pedi on my pregnant daughter-in-law was rushed. $246 TOTAL!!! Paint was fine on toes ,but for the price...they should've given the time!! This was her (daughter-in-law) 2nd time. And I will never go back after my 1st experience when I brought her, my daughter, granddaughter and my 2 other daughter-in-laws. I made appointments that time the Sunday after Father's Day,but they were so over booked and kept taking walk-ins that they rushed everything. Back to this recent visit today. I will not go back. The guy running the show seems overly controlling, to the point someone should be monitoring that place. He would not allow the technician to do artwork on my daughters toes. He seemed to watch everyone so closely and it was uncomfortable. The place was too busy even though I scheduled our appointment. The technicians were sweet though and I felt bad for them. UPDATE: the guy also instructed the technician to “just paint over it” suggesting to paint over the dip. The pictures below is my nails just 2 days after.
