i felt the positive vibes as soon as i entered. the girl who greeted me was very sweet. it wasn’t very busy (it’s a Monday at 4:30). they gave me some candy and water. Ben was so AMAZING with acrylic full set and pedicure. he was so gentle with my feet. when he put the paint on, he made sure he asked if i liked it before continuing. i got mine a little shorter than the inspiration pic & he STILL managed to slay them! the shape, the designs, everything was a 10/10. definitely will be coming back. I paid for my pedicure, my nails, and my mom’s brows and tint. $125

Very unprofessional service. They make up prices and charge different people different amounts for the same service. I was charged $50 for short French tip nails that don’t even extend past my skin, and they made my nails look wide and poorly done. Meanwhile, another customer was quoted $40–$45 for the exact same nails. When I asked why I was charged $50, they suddenly said the price was $50 with no explanation. On top of that, there was an issue where they said they “forgot” to charge another customer an extra $15 the day before and tried to charge her when she came back. To avoid a scene or police being called, I paid $8 extra to help cover it, which brought my total to $58—even though I was not at fault. I was polite and caring the entire time, yet the staff were rude and unprofessional

First time getting my nails done in about four years. I asked for Lilly and I’m never asking for anyone else. She is really good and she was very accommodating and was very professional! Thank you Lilly

I meant to post an update for my initial review, first off the staff is absolutely amazing. I love coming here. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks in my nails still look the exact same. No lifting or chipping.
