When people asked me how my massage went, I literally said it was transformative. Liz is exceptional - I hesitated to book deep tissue because the last time I got a deep tissue massage it was uncomfortable/painful but my back has been killing me from desk job stress so I went for it. I could not have had a more positive experience. She immediately and effectively assessed which areas needed the most attention and I left feeling brand new. It was clear she truly cares about every person who gets on her table and tailors each massage to meet individual needs. Worth every penny.

I am well-versed in skincare and have had plenty of facials, and let me just say that Jill is an excellent and very knowledgable esthetician. I was very impressed with her techniques and insights, including debunking some more fancy/costly popular modalities. She gave great authentic advice and wonderful facial. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been getting monthly massages here for about 2 years and see no reason to stop. The pricing is competitive, the service is kind and attentive, and the massages themselves are excellent. My primary exercise is boxing, so I usually have a very sore back by the time I come around. My masseuse Stephani is great at identifying knots by touch, leaving me to just be a vegetable and enjoy the experience. I would say I get a "sports massage" level of force, which is what I ask for specifically. Just work with them and they will meet your needs. As far as pricing, Gallery offers seasonal bundles (Christmas in July and actual holiday time bundles) which bring the pricing below local competition, all while staying in the ultra-convenient Tennyson location. I booked a Luxe Facial with Anne and she did not disappoint. It was my first professional facial service and WOW! She has great energy and knew all the answers to my questions, you can tell she’s a master at her craft. The service was very relaxing and my skin is glowing!! Gallery Massage has incredibly inconsistent staff and service. The person I book with is never the same person I end up with. To me this is a screaming bright red flag that this business is shady. Their staff is weird and unprofessional. They have tried to last minute reschedule 2 out of the 4 appointments I have had here. It’s noisy inside, they don’t have receptionists, and the beds are hard. Because they don’t have receptionists their message therapist seem angry with the extra receptionist duties and will greet you like you just walked into a private party. Overpriced and underwhelming.
