My hair extensions were put in too close together and left bald spots and she told me to go to the salon and have her stylist take them out because she was no longer working there even though she owns the salon. The lady working there did not use any solvent to remove the adhesive and literally just ripped the extensions out. She left all the matting charged me 40 and told me to come back on Monday. I am getting my hair fixed in Wenatchee by a Master Stylist who said this should have never been done this way. Scandalous.
