I got my cut from Koa himself, and it was hands-down one of the best haircuts I’ve had. He brings so much passion and personality to the chair, and you can tell he truly cares about what he does. There’s a great personal touch to the whole experience from Koa’s unique story to how attentive he is to what you want, made it very easy to get a good cut for me here. She took the time to talk through what I wanted, gave thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Unprofessional ownership ruined what used to be my go-to barber shop. I’ve been coming to this shop for about an year and a half and always had an amazing experience with my barber, Riley — she’s talented, professional, and one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the owner (Dani) completely changed that for me. I accidentally missed an appointment (100% my fault) and called about 30 minutes later to apologize and see if I could reschedule or at least discuss the charge. Instead of working with me, the owner told me they “had the right to charge whatever they wanted” since my card was on file, and then charged me the full $50 for a haircut I never received. I just had my first haircut with Lola and it was fantastic. She did an amazing job fixing a not-so-great cut I got elsewhere, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.
