This place does not accept returns, I believe it's because they don't get a lot of customer business, and how could you, when you don't carry a variety type of products, and expect it to boom and kick off. You have different types of people. Some like shorter hair, and got some who like long, but then some of the hair is not good quality. The only way to flourish your business is to have a variety type, and good quality hair. If customers are not satisfied, you should compensate them by giving them their money back.

I’ve never been disappointed when I go into there store. They always have what I’m looking for. The young men behind the counter are very knowledgeable and polite they don’t mind answering all of my questions. It’s a family place and everyone is very nice. #1 beauty supply place in my opinion!

There are lots of options for hair, wigs, and products. They had some home decor, blankets, shoes, clothing, and jewelery. Very friendly and helpful. Will go back again.

I love GDMS beauty supply store in Cedar rapids They have a large selection of top shelf, high quality beauty products, as well as all kinds of top of the line virgin hair, bundles, etc. They carry everything in this store. If they don't have it/carry it, the owners will look into getting it in for you they have the best team ever, all the way from mgmt to sales people. The store is always clean neat and organized. The girls there are super friendly and helpful!!!! You couldn't ask for better customer service.
