At 49 years old I went to Jason for my very first lip filler. I was nervous! I just wanted some plump back. Jason talked me through it all and at one point saw panic in my eyes. He nicely said, trust me. I did and I don’t regret it. He is a perfectionist and did an amazing job. It’s subtle and beautifully done. 10/10 for Jason and his staff.

I've been seeing Dr. G since my first pregnancy in 2003 and have remained a loyal patient. Just two days ago, I discovered a lump in my breast and consulted my primary care provider, who referred me for a mammogram and ultrasound. Since I've been getting my mammograms at Dr. G's office for a while now and they have my previous images, I decided to make an appointment there. However, just three hours later, I received a call from their office stating that, despite my referral, I would have to cancel my mammogram and ultrasound. Instead, I need to schedule a new appointment with their provider to discuss the lump before they might consider scheduling the tests because they are not an imaging center open to the public. VI Peel and Botox. Jason Azar conducted both procedures and I am absolutely pleased with the service provided. He explained the process before beginning and also the aftercare. He is extremely knowledgeable in the aesesthetics field and it has been a blessing to have found him in the Lake Nona area.

After doing a lot of research I chose Gearity Wellness Center and Jason Azar for my intimate wellness treatment. Jason skillfully and professionally performed the Mona Lisa laser treatment and platelet rich plasma (O-shot) treatment. As a breast cancer survivor this is a very helpful treatment for women looking for non-hormonal options. Jason and his staff are very knowledgeable and competent and made me feel confident and comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Jason and his team.

Jason is fabulous! He listened to me as I described what I was and was not trying to achieve, and somehow came up with the perfect plan for me regarding Botox. I love the results.
