Extremely satisfied with my nails! I don’t normally get them done due to bad experiences elsewhere years ago, but Sony (I believe that was his name) made it very comfortable and took his time to ensure I loved everything! I got the dip nails! Thank you so much I’ll be back!!

This is the absolute worst place to come get your nails done. They are so rude and disrespectful. I had an OVERLAY on my toenails. I told the nail tech that she has to soak the acrylic off. She smiled and say “yes yes” still not understanding. Took nail clippers and start cutting the right big toenails off. I stop and look she cut my real nail completely OFF. She proceeded to do the left side and she some the acrylic like she was supposed to and it came off as it was supposed too. She claim I don’t have a toe nail before I came. Which is wrong. I told the owner to run the cameras back and he will see exactly what the nail tech did wrong. He stated that “I been doing nail 25years you have no toenails here” Duh , she just cut it off. Disappointed is an understatement…. I got a classic pedicure with french tips. I was charged TWENTY $ extra for the french tips. Their menu did not say that there would be an up charge and if there was, I would have been fine with $5-10 but $20 is absolutely ridiculous, especially when it looks this bad. She also cut my nails SUPER short to the point where they are sore. Lines are crooked and uneven so bad that my friend and husband even pointed it out. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

My mom and I went in to get pedicures and asked if they could add SNS manicures as well. They were super accommodating and really sweet! Also, our nails look great!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks, Kelly, Yen, and Steven for great service and for talking me into that one sparkly nail!! 😉

Always great service, and the friendliest, and most relaxing nail spa in Greenville, in my opinion. I had the pleasure of sitting with Amy today and recieved another great manicure.
