Gem Nails

I don't know who my nail tech was tonight 😮 but wow she did phenomenal! I'm in love ❤️😍 with my nails 💅! I will totally be coming back to this nail salon when I have the money to do so again 😌! Overall my satisfaction 😌 with this nail salon is a 5/5 star 🌟!

Gem nails always does an amazing job on my nails! Also all the workers are so friendly and welcoming. The owners Vu and Helen are also great with my daughter always giving her chips or candy! I defiantly would recommend them!

I don’t normally write reviews but I went to this place because it was so well rated on google and don’t want others to be deceived. They did not sanitize the tools they were using between clients, which is really serious. On top of that I was given the most uneven gel french tips that I have ever had and they stated peeling the next day. Truly can’t warn enough about going to this shop. It was a huge waste of money and a potential health hazard.

Paid $60 for a full set. Came back for a fill a few weeks later, and was charged $57 for a fill without any changes to my nails. Unbelievable. For example, as a hairdresser, this would be like if I charged my clients $150 for an ALL OVER color, and then charged them $140 for a root touch up.

This was the first time I used this salon and I was not disappointed. I asked for a very specific style (if you know, you know) and he listened and did a fantastic job. The pedicure was great. The woman really put her back into it where I told her were the most rough on my feet. I'm definitely coming back with a bigger challenge for my nail tech 😉
