My first time here and I was more than impressed with the service! I got exactly what I wanted plus the tech gave me a lil 💜design on several nails. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and again, super impressed. My tech was so sweet and kind! She took such good care of me the entire time. This salon is further than the one I was going to but with such gorgeous results, I’m never going anywhere else. I wish I would have gotten my tech’s name to give her credit!! Thank you so much! I can’t stop looking at them!

I’m generally a laid-back and understanding person, and I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my most recent visit this past Friday, which unfortunately didn’t go as well as previous ones. During my pedicure, I was nicked on both my left and right toes, and they’ve since become inflamed and quite painful. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but to raise awareness—for both future customers to be cautious, and for the business to take note and possibly address the issue to prevent it from happening again. I truly believe in supporting this business, and I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement and care.

This is the only spot in Lancaster I will get my nails done. 💙 All the nail tech here are extremely nice people and they all show professionalism in their work. Kelly did my nails today and she did not disappoint! Come find out for yourself!!

Excellent Experience!! Pedicure by Tina was wonderful and relaxing. Gel refill by Hannah was amazing!! This was my 1st time at Gems. I have been going to the same Salon for 22 years. I normally travel from Lancaster, PA To Chadds Ford, PA. Was unable to travel today due to weather conditions. I am very particular about my nail & foot care; Gems Nail Salon met all my standards!!! I will be visiting them again.

Tina paid great attention to detail taking her time with my nails. She did them exactly like requested. Her service will encourage me to visit this location more often when I’m in the area.
