This was my daughter’s first salon experience, and unfortunately it was very upsetting due to poor communication and unmet expectations. We were clear that my daughter wanted to keep her hair long. Teagan said she could not do a chemical straightening, but explained she would focus on maintaining length while helping my daughter wear her hair curly. I also shared that my daughter wears a helmet frequently for horse riding, which is why keeping length was important to her. Instead, without proper discussion or confirmation, my daughter ended up with very short, curly hair, which was not what we understood would happen. There was no meaningful check-in with me as the parent before such a drastic change. When we returned to have her hair blown out, the stylist mentioned it was her lunch br

The salon environment was very welcoming, my haircut was amazing, what more can you ask for?! Tasha is the best hairstylist I've ever had. I drove an hour and 10 minutes each way and it was 100% worth it. She is a magician.

The appointment was for my 16 year old daughter who loved her experience. Genevieve was so friendly and helpful sharing tips for managing curly hair and made my daughter feel so comfortable while there. I also can't say enough about Shyann! While I waited, she helped answer my questions on skincare giving me the best advice and is full of knowledge and also helped me book an appt. My daughter came in super excited and left with the same excitement on our way out! Oh, and one more shout out to Krystal at the front desk too! She's always so sweet and helpful as well. LOVE the service from all 3 of these gals.

Absolutely love getting pampered by the gals at Gene Juarez. Recently had the honor of having stylist Jackie do my wedding hair and it turned out so amazing! She was very professional to communicate and coordinate with and a joy to chat with. Highly recommend her for hair cuts and event hair!

I felt like Teagan and Kelsey both listened to my cut and color/highlight idea I would like. They also gave me their thoughts for my hair as well, which I do appreciate and was super helpful. The environment is so clean, relaxing and comfortable. Check-in and Check- out is so easy, very friendly. The salon also carries a lot of hair products. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
