Gene Juarez Salon & Spa - South Hill

This was my first time experience at Gene Juarez and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I came in, I was treated with the utmost respect & friendliness. My stylist was amazing!! She took my vision of what I wanted & amplified it! I was sooo thrilled with the result. My hair looked like I came out of Hollywood! It was shiny, looked & felt great! The color was truly beautiful! I am sooo glad I gave them a chance because my search has ended for a permanent salon. I will only be coming here from now on & will see my regular stylist Elle. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!

Bre did my haircut today, she was very knowledgeable on my type of hair. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it, the hair wash was so relaxing and I appreciated her giving me recommendations on different products for my type of hair. 10/10 would recommend her and would definitely come back to see her!

If you want a perfect bob book Thor. He has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and He knows what he's doing.Trust me perfection!! I feel like he's so calm and listens to every word I say. Thank you , Thor for making me feel so pretty!

I'm beyond upset at this point . My hair went from still having lots of curl to FLAT , Stringing , Frizzy, NO CURL at All it's gone. She obviously has no idea how to do a perm. Curly. Not FLAT frizzy wave look. I look AWFUL.... I CAN'T EVEN LOOK IN THE MIRROR OR I GET UPSET IT'S SO BAD. LOOK what I woke up too This is what I ended up with. Not my beautiful curly hair but this. I don't even have any of the curl left that was there ef ok re she did my hair it's completely gone.

I got my first haircut with Danielle from my sisters recommendation and it was nothing short of amazing! Very hospitable, great conversation, and she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered on it perfectly, love my haircut. Will continue going to her again and again.
