This place is my absolute go-to for everything from hair to manicures to lash extensions, but ESPECIALLY HAIR!! Shannon is my stylist since January 2025 and has been so great for my hair and my cosplay! She convinced me to start growing out my very short hair after a breakup that was very hurtful to my self-esteem, and since then I’ve discovered I have beautiful curly hair that is getting so heathy and strong and is helping me with my modeling jobs! She’s also styled me for headshots, worked on multiple wigs of mine for cosplays and conventions where she went above and beyond, and really opened up my ability to see myself in a new soft way. Honestly I have loved how well everyone here treats people and how I feel like a VIP every time - this is how the atmosphere is and they treat everyone

Visiting your salon at University Village was an uplifting experience. An ample space with plenty of light, an inviting atmosphere, and, of course, Valerie! Her warm, friendly, authentic presence always makes me feel welcomed. And her skills are unmatched! Her incredibly suited haircut for my face made me feel good about myself, younger, prettier, ready to take on the world. Got a lot of compliments, total strangers, coworkers, friends, and family commented on my new look. Thank you, Valerie!

Really disappointed on multiple occasions with scheduling service and showing up in person to find out there was a mistake in the system - a double book, etc. and having to reschedule services online. I like my service providers but on more than one occasion, the scheduling system, which is online with support done from a call center, has messed up appointments. On this last occasion, they sent a cancellation text, followed the next day by confirmation texts that I have an appointment. And then a second confirmation! I called to confirm it was a good to go and was told by the service center it was, only to show up and find out that in fact the appointment was canceled due to scheduling error. My nail tech was amazing but the people at front desk charged me for more! My nail tech Keiko was amazing. Honestly I am not even going to lie, she is the best nail tech I have ever had. She was kind and she took care of individual nails very carefully, almost like an artisan is doing her craft. However, people at the front was a bit unhelpful. They said I was going to get pay 58 usd because I didn’t need removal. Also on there website the spa manicure add on was 11 usd. However, they later charged me for 69 usd for shellac manicure and 24 usd for add on! I paid 24 usd more than what they informed me! I think this is a wonderful place with amazing ambience and very skilled technicians but their customer service at the front should be improved, and should be more informed of their own pr

From Booking through the Gene Juarez app to check out afterwards, my experience was very smooth. London is a great nail technician. I always enjoy getting services from her. My spa manicure left me feeling pampered!
