Geneva Nails and Spa Solomon Pond Mall

Had a gel manicure done. Paid and tipped generously. A couple hours later my nails started turning a dark, dirty looking color. I did not use any chemicals or do anything differently than I have with any other manicure. I came back one day after and tried to explain that it must be the product and I'd like to change the brand and color of polish. I was told I would need to repay, so I went elsewhere. Will never come here again.

I went here two weeks ago. Absolutely amazing service. I love my nails so much. I will be returning today for a fill. I believe it was the manager who helped me.

I texted the phone number on their website and made an appointment for 5:30, I came early at 5:15 and they took me right at 5:30 on the dot. I got dip matte black coffin nails with one white finger on each hand with tips. Kathy did a great job. My nails are not too thin, they are not bumpy, they were perfect and I was in and out of there in an hour. Would highly recommend Kathy for your nail technician. My daughter got her nails done for the first time there about 3 weeks ago, for one, they said 45 mins or so, it took at least an hour and a half. Second, I'm not sure what prices are usually going but it ended up costing about $80 for just acrylics and a color. (Which could be the going price now but still seems high) Third, they were the most horrendous nails I've ever seen. Uneven, bumps and waves in every nail. As well as extremely painful after leaving to the point where we almost had to make the hour trip back the next day during business hours. Thankfully the pain eased up and the Trip was avoided.
