Gentle Nails

I’ve been going to Gentle Nails for about a year and a half now. I always have a very pleasant experience. Sonny and Monica are very friendly and accommodating as sometimes I want something complicated done. The quality is always high but the price is reasonable. They are my go-to nail salon and I highly recommend them!

I’m very satisfied with the pedicure I received from Monica today. However, a different color was accidentally used for my manicure. I didn’t realize it until after I left the salon. I went back in, Sonny removed the top layer of the dip polish & applied the correct matching color to my pedicure. He was upset the mistake had been made & seemed in a rush to fix the problem. All seemed good until I went outside & saw there was polish all around my nails & fingers. It looks like a child applied the dip polish. I decided not to go back in, I had hoped I could remove the polish around my nails at home but my nail polish remover isn’t strong enough. Needless to say, I won’t be returning in the future. This was my first time going to gentle nails and I will be back. I went at 10:30 am Thurs morning and I was the only customer for about an hour. My tech said they're really busy in the afternoons though. My Tech's name was Mya. She was from Boston and had no accent. The conversation was easy and she took her time on my toes. The store was clean and the massage chair was awesome! It wasn't the best job in that I've ever had on my nails, but for the cost it was good. The spa pedicure without gel was $28, with gel would be $42. I opted for the regular polish ( which was the largest selection I had ever seen). The white tips without gel was $35.

I stopped in to get a nail fixed and they had absolutely no customers except the one in the chair but the older lady said they were full. Smh

Very friendly. Did exactly what I wanted. The owner wasn't able to get the design I wanted perfect for me so she had her daughter do it so it was the best it could be. I was very happy with the services I received. Nails painted and eye brows waxed. The waxing was fast and nearly painless.
