My husband has gone here a couple of times and this is the third time a lady has a botched his hair! He is military and has to meet certain standards. This haircut took an hour! I waited in the car for my husband and i already knew that his hair was going to look bad. He sat in the chair that long and I know the lady doing his hair had no idea how to cut his hair! I wish the person would just tell my husband that they don’t know how to cut his thick hair and have someone else do it instead of “trying” to cut his hair. So if you have thicker hair, that is not straight and thin don’t go here. I don’t know the ladies name but it’s always and older caucasian woman who messes his hair up. Won’t be coming back.

On the 19th, I scheduled an appointment to cut my 4-year-old son’s hair. This was my second visit to this place. The first time, a sweet lady cut his hair and everything went well. I mentioned to her that he doesn’t like scissors, and she was completely fine with that. However, on the 19th, a man named Kevin cut his hair. From the start, I told him that my son doesn’t like scissors, but he didn’t seem to care. My son began moving, and Kevin was pulling his head back while saying, “Come on, relax, everything is okay.” My son started crying after Kevin said, “Oh my God,” and I had to remind him that he is only 4 years old. My middle brother got a great cut from a barber named Tyler, so credit where it's due—Tyler did a solid job.
