Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this salon. I made an appointment for an all over color before my sister’s wedding. I was new to this salon so I had my previous stylist write down the ginger red formula I have been using for years. I gave this to the stylist and the color turned out completely wrong. There was no red at all. My hair was a dark brown. She tried to save it by stripping the color, which is very harsh on my hair, and adding as much red that would take. The appointment took hours, my color still didn’t turn out right, and I ended up paying a much larger amount than anticipated for a result I didn’t like. Have been going to Georgetown West for over a decade now and have no plans of ever letting another soul touch my hair. Charlotte is a wizard when it comes to cuts, color, and styling! She is also one of the best people in the world, so sweet, always supportive of your hair dreams, and does an amazing job making it happen. At the end of every haircut I’m full of mixed emotions- so thrilled with how pretty she made me, and sad because we have such great conversations, and I hardly want to leave- I could talk to her all day! It's located in a cute town with a strong and active local community. The salon has a clean rustic feel and staff that welcomes you like family. My hair stylist, Becki, is a seasoned professional who stays on top of current trends and techniques. I came to her after accidentally dying my bleached blonde highlights black 😱 She transformed my head from goth to posh. 100% satisfied.

Ally did the most amazing job on my toddler's first haircut! He was really nervous but she was so good with him and really helped him feel comfortable. He had the best time and the cut was exactly what I wanted! Cannot recommend her highly enough!
