Get Nailed Nail&Spa

I have been going to get nailed for the past year and unfortunately will not be coming back after today. I came in for a hard gel manicure with a design and gel pedicure. Once I was getting my pedicure done, and I had a chance to truly look at my nails and wasn’t really wasn’t satisfied with them, particularly the design and how it wasn’t really similar to the inspiration picture. I decided to be honest and tell the lady in the front, respectfully asking if someone could fix them. Instead of having someone adjust what I wasn’t satisfied with I was hit with excuses how “the french part is too short” and “not every nail design comes out the same and perfect”. The nails and the service was very good at first but over time they have lowered their quality, increased their prices and made my nails very thick. I loved this place when I first went because my nails never broke and they were very gentle. After a few months I saw that my nails were very thick (with acrylic) and broke quicker than before. They started to be more rough and rush through my nails because they wanted to take another customer.

I have been trying new nail salons to find the "one"! Cleanliness and shaping are my two most important factors.. Pros: The nail tech was GREAT. She really did such a good job on my nails, including the shape I finally wanted. Prices were very reasonable and I was happy with the color selection. I will go back to see if they are consistent. Cons: I feel like the salon itself could be cleaner. It didn't feel like it was as clean as it could be, and the front desk woman could be a little friendlier. Techs should wash their hands after they finish eating.

Eric and the salon redid my nails. It may have been an issue with my nail and the gel adhering to my nail bed. Thank you for redoing them and making them pretty again

Lily is the best only person I will ever trust doing my nails! 10/10 every single time. Very quick too and does such a good job!
