Get Nails

I went to GET NAILS today just wanting a simple fill-in, nothing complicated, nothing fancy. I even made it clear that I did not want a full set. Instead, the tech clipped off all of my nails, even though I only needed one nail repaired. I was shocked and tried to explain, but by the time I realized what was happening, it was too late. To make things worse, three of my fingers actually started bleeding during the process. I was in pain the entire time, and no one there seemed to take it seriously or apologize. Now my fingers are sore and swollen, and I have to wait for them to heal before I can even get a new set done somewhere else. What makes it even more frustrating is that tomorrow is my anniversary, my toes look great, but my nails are ruined. I left the salon in tears. I’ve never had

Lyn did amazing job on shaping and customer service I was really stressed and tired and really needed this. She was so patient and friendly. I would advise anyone to get their nails done by her. Phuong Was so energetic and friendly and Willingly To assist with her coworkers and translation and I understand understanding what the customer wants she was fast and accurate with my pedicure Laura She is the only person that I would allow to install my lashes beside myself or even touch my eyebrows. I would recommend this location and nail shop to anyone in the Atlanta area in the West End to bring the baddie out of you

I have been to many places and always come back to this one. Tammy has done my toes since 2008. She watched my older sons grow up. Mary does my nails and always does an amazing job. Both are awesome and would not go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to this salon over 10 years and never had an experience as horibble as yesterday. I went in for a pedicure and the lady was rushing and not only cut me 4x, but cut one toenail to deep and tried to paint over it, didn’t even shape my big toes, got polish on the skin of EVERY toe, and burned me with the hot rocks. I wish I could add pictures of this monstrosity. 3stars because any time a man does my pedicure it turns out great, I’m so disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. I love the quality of work they give. My nails last a month so it’s kinda worth the price I pay. And I get my nails, toes, lashes and brows done here. And just like any business they hire new people but if something is wrong let them know nicely and they will fix for you no problem. I’ve seen this happen. I’ve been coming here since GoD knows when, yes several people has done my nails here. But I’ve tried other shops and they just don’t give me what I’m looking for to be honest. And once I find that one I’m staying. I’ve moved out of the area and still travel here.
