I had bought a groupon for a 3 pack IPL Photofacial, to be used at Gigi's. I have never been here before and looking at the reviews, I was pretty excited to see my results. The 1st appointment, they did tell me to come with a washed face, nothing on it at all, which I did. I filled out some documents and then they took me back to the room. She asked me if this was my first time, I said yes, but then didn't give me too many details about the whole process, which I found kind of odd/not really comforting. The actual procedure hurt so bad, I had to tell them to stop a few times for a few seconds, so I could pull myself together again to get through it. I've been seeing Gigi for several months for laser hair removal and definitely recommend! Clean facility, very friendly and professional. I had laser hair removal treatment done on my underarm area back in 2019 with Gigi. Unfortunately, after my 6th session, my hair began to grow back just three months after. As you can imagine, was very disappointed. Today, I went for a consultation at a different and more reputable treatment facility. I learned the laser technology Gigi uses is not even a laser. Do yourself a favor, look for a place that treatments are performed by highly-trained medical professionals. Who are board certified. Additionally, I recommend looking for a place that offers lifetime guarantee with unlimited session. You’ll thank me later!
