I messaged the shop yesterday about an appointment this morning and Becky was super responsive and was able to get me in! Nelly did an excellent job on my no chip manicure, and the nail art I requested was perfect. Everyone in the shop was super friendly, and they offer a 2 week guarantee on their manicures (not sure about other services)! I will definitely be returning and recommending friends!

I’ve been going to Gingerslam for just about a year now, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my nails. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and their customer service is consistently fantastic. The environment is always so warm and welcoming—it feels like a little community. I had the most beautiful, dreamy and intricately NEAT manicure here by Emily. The whole thing including removal took less than 2 hours and the most unique thing about this place is that they use no dremels for removal so when you get your old gels removed your nails come out HEALTHY underneath. Emily also had such a kind and engaging energy and was super receptive to any feedback. She knew exactly the colours I wanted, which I appreciated so much because I am not the best at picking colours for a design on the spot. When I showed hesitation about a pick she immediately went and found a better glitter match which was exactly like my inspo photo. The photos don't even do justice to the dazzling SHIMMER! A week in and I haven't had a single chip on my Mani. I'll be going here for all my nail

Gel x with Nelly - 10/10, she was meticulous and creative. almost 3 weeks later and every single gem is still on!!!! all the nails are ON!!! ~ 3hours for the nails, but well worth the time. Gel pedicure with Nelly - 10/10, just as meticulous as she did my hands. shaped and polished evenly, cleaned my feet SO well …. my friends and coworkers thought I got a russian pedicure!!! ~ 1 hour, and yes, well worth it. The polish is still on. (i run and workout, and they’re still on, no chipping or peeling 3 weeks later) Facial waxing with Becky - 9/10 got my eyebrows, chin, and lip waxed. she gave me really helpful tips for my skin and used very calming products. docked a point off because i had wax residue in multiple places. not the worst thing ever, tho. scheduling with Terry - 10/10 so helpf
