Need to fire Karien that is violent and has mental Issues. She colored my hair red even though that wasn’t what I had asked her for and out of the blue she became belligerent almost hitting me and yelling and screaming for no reason. I was scared for my life. She doesn’t know how to color hair and only does hair cuts. This salon needs to hire better professionals with better attitudes. Definitely not Beverly Hills work or quality.

Joe Kano is the wizard of the improved nano Yuko, which I can’t live without. As one of the originals of this process, he won’t mess around and fry your hair if it’s not healthy enough. I see him for my 4 hour process, check out the hip and happening clientele and enjoy Angel’s magic fingers for my wash ever 6-8 months and can easily tolerate the busy, hustle and bustle atmosphere. There are a lot of other talented hair artists around here, including Marcus, the inventor of bay age, not to mention the captain of this crew, Giuseppe Franco, who is by far, the coolest guy I’ve ever met!

When I called to make my appointment… I spoke with Anita - who is so, Welcoming and Inviting! She treats you like Family & Welcomed me back and accommodated my appointment with ease. Giuseppe Franco is the GOAT of Beverly Hills! He is so generous of his time and his graciousness with every single client makes you feel like you are the only one in his salon! He is … Energetic! Enthusiastic! and Charismatic! ✨ His artistic skills with the shears worked his Magic ✨on my mane - and then I was off to see Rudy who colored my hair. He rubbed Ruby Red throughout with Golden Sunlight to get the Perfect color! Lala and Eden were sprinting around like little Sprites and ensuring everyone’s desires and needs were being met. We have been going there for almost ten years now and love it❤️ its so worth it to go there
