They deserve ZERO stars…. Not only were they truly mean and the male was so rude he even started recording me as if I was doing the same and I wasn’t I was simply letting them know my pedicure French tips line were not good….. and that they should NOT be re using MR.PUMICE bars that’s SO unsanitary Ariel actually said if “if you picky about that kind of stuff you can bring YOUR OWN PUMICE BAR ….. absolutely crazy and very disrespectful I think they have those lady as slaves in there honestly with how the man treated me….hes started recording me like gen z style… he pulled out his phone and was smiling waving the phone around while he was recording I’ve been there before never had problem untill this new man was very very mean to the point I’m contacting my attorney tomorrow

I have been going to GL Nails for the last five months, and I bring my own Epson salts and baking soda so as not to get a fungus or infection. The last time I went, the girl didn’t want me to soak my feet hardly at all and I insisted I soak my feet for at least five minutes. That was not even long Enough. She proceeded to take my polish off, which took a long time and then started clipping my toenails When she clipped down, she tore across my nail, pulling it into the quick and making it bleed. When I yelled out, she said did that hurt I said, of course it hurt it’s bleeding. Needless to say, I do have a fungus on both my big toes, and the one that she made bleed is swollen and infected. I usually leave a really good tip, this time I left five dollars which I shouldn’t have even done that!
