I had such a great experience at Glam Lab! Michelle was my nurse and she was incredibly sweet, gentle, and professional. It was my first time getting an IV, and she made the whole process easy, smooth, and comfortable. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I loved my experience and will definitely be back next month. Highly recommend!

Came in for the first time to receive a NAD+ injection treatment. Esmeralda and Jaimie kindly welcomed us kind hearted. The location is small, cozy with a premium aesthetic look. I would recommend this place to all Riverside locals.

The Gland Lab in Riverside is absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism is unmatched, and the space is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything and answer any questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can truly feel how much they prioritize comfort, cleanliness, and patient care. It’s a calming, reassuring experience every single visit. BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT HONEST. I had a very disappointing experience at Glam Lab in Riverside. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff member who treated me was rude and unprofessional. I think she was the owner...... I asked for a specific number of BOTOX units, but it felt like they were trying to pressure me into buying more. They claimed they were giving more units than they actually injected, yet they still charged for them. It didn’t feel honest or transparent at all. They claim they gave more then I requested... so I had to pay more ... WHAT?? On top of that, the attitude toward customers was very unpleasant. Instead of making clients feel comfortable and respected, the experience felt rushed and unfriendly. I would not recommend this place based on my experien

Sarah does my lips and she is soo amazing!! She gives me the dramatic look I want while still prioritizing my safety. I’ve also had Michelle before and she is wonderful, both girls are super sweet and patient. The front staff is also very kind! I highly recommend going here if you’re from Westwood, it’s worth the drive. It’s about 1.25 hours from UCLA but worth it because they will give you the look you want, not a single one size fits all look :)
