First time getting my brows threaded here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amy was patient and kind. She listened to what I wanted. She’s very precise, and my brows turned out great. There is only one person working, so do be patient. I used to go to another place in Kennesaw, but the service wasn’t good and they didn’t listen. This was the complete opposite. I’ve found my new brow place. Thank you, Amy!

I’ve been here twice for a Brazilian wax, and unfortunately both experiences were concerning for different reasons. The first time, the wax itself turned out better than my second visit. However, at the end of the service, the esthetician wiped me from back to front, which is extremely unhygienic and can easily cause infections like a UTI. What made it more uncomfortable was that I had even offered to wipe myself beforehand, but she proceeded. Today was my second visit, and the experience was worse in terms of the actual service. The hair was not removed properly, especially in the back area. There was still noticeable hair left behind. On top of that, there were chunks of hardened wax left on me after the appointment. I went to Glam & Glo Thread and Wax for a brow tint and threading, and she did an amazing job! My brows came out so clean, even, and natural-looking. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made me feel super comfortable the whole appointment. I’m so happy with how my brows turned out — definitely the best they’ve looked in a long time!

I usually never write reviews but I had to. I came in yesterday and waited for about an hour because there was one person working there. She was super rough with my eyebrows and ended up cutting my skin multiple times with the thread. now i can’t wear eye makeup until it heals and it hurts to wash my face. she didn’t even get all the hair, not coming back it’s not worth $12 for eyebrows.

4 stars for a good Brazilian wax and 4 stars for a good threading. However…….. MINUS 1,000,000,000 stars for making me look like a cartoon character with the eyebrow tinting! My natural hair color is medium auburn to medium brown, The girl just slaps jet black dye onto my eyebrows, thinking that it’ll blend in I guess. Needless to say, I had to go home use a body scrub & baking soda To get as much off as I could… The first pictures immediately after the salon visit and the second picture is a few hours later, after I tried to fix my brows and put on make up.
