Glam Nails & Spa

I really wanted this place to work since I live across the street from them. The services towards me always feel rushed and the work is lazy. I gave them several chances and some how they always make me feel so uncomfortable. My last visit I had 20 points and they only allowed me to use 10 points that day. Today I wanted to redeem my other 10 points and the lady looked disgusted with me as if I was lying to her and said you only have 6. I could care less I will not be coming back or recommending anyone to them. I saw Oasis is next door and will be giving my services to them moving forward.

I went in for a brow wax today. I was immediately greeted. The salon was clean and spacious. I've had a pedicure here years ago before I started doing reviews. I recall being very pleased with the service, atmosphere and prices. Today's brow wax was $8.00 (not including tip) and I think that's a steal! She did a great job. The parking is a little tight. They have a handful of spaces right out front and then some additional spaces on the side of the building. The salon is in a busy strip center, so you just have to be careful and watch for cars/people.

Terrible service, terrible nails. I went in this place last minute because I had somewhere to be. I asked pricing before I sat down to get my nails done, I specifically said I wanted color powder, not dip powder and I chose 2 colors. She begins the process and I tell her I think they are too short, and she proceeds to tell me several times that they are long and I'm literally telling her repeatedly that they are too short , I show her a comparison nail since my friend is sitting next to me and she had the length I wanted and the lady keeps saying mine were long. Finally I point out that even my middle finger length didn't match my right hand and she reluctantly did it over. They came out shorter than I wanted and also warped in the shape. The first nail salon I’ve been to where I was not rushed. Holly took her time on my nails, allowed me to check to make sure I liked them every step, and fixed her mistakes before I could even catch them. 10/10 especially for her patience with the design I picked. I had a whole new set done & I am very pleased.

(I don’t normally leave bad reviews but yikes) I usually go to Oasis next door and tried this place bc oasis was busy. I regret it terribly. I got acrylic nails and they were so thick and completely uneven. They look terrible :( I spend $200 here for me and my two young daughters and I’m incredibly disappointed. I would recommend going next door to Oasis and skip Glam.
