This business is a scam. In Feb, I bought a treatment from them. I paid $1,300 as deposit to the store. However, I am not able to use it during that month. Then the COVID-19 began, the business temporarily closed. I totally understand the special situation and said I can use the treatment later. Later in May, I decided to leave NYC, and not able to use my treatment. I asked their manager if they can issue the refund or even part of the refund, they started to ignore me and refuse to respond my request. I tried to solve this problem with them from June to Aug, but unfortunately, they always avoided to solve this problem. In Aug, I planned to back to NYC, and tried to schedule appointment with them, but they said they still cannot provide the service and delayed my appointment again and agai
