I visited this salon on a Saturday around 1 PM for a pedicure and gel extensions after reading some decent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and ended up causing me more harm than good. Despite arriving at 1 PM, my service didn’t start until about 2:30 PM because the salon was very busy. The pedicure began well—the technician seemed attentive and detail-oriented at first. However, when she tried to trim the cuticle on my big toe, she cut too deeply. I immediately said, “It hurts,” but due to the language barrier, she didn’t understand. I started bleeding, and she applied alcohol. The area was sore afterward.
