Customer Reviews
Literally the only place I trust with my nails. I drive 30 minutes just to come here and see Judy she is literally the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She did my nails for my graduation and I’ve gone to her for every special occasion in my life since. They have great prices and she gets very done very efficiently. (The first photo of the polka dot nails was my inspo pic from today and she killed it perfect color match and everything)
I have never left a bad review but this is deserving I decided to try a new place and I will never be returning. I had extremely healthy cuticles and left with cuts that would not stop bleeding. When I flinched due to the e-filer being on my skin, the worker noticed and did not change anything she was doing. They literally destroyed my cuticles. I got an acrylic overlay and I left with my fingers having such little acrylic on them that they are able to bend as if it were my natural nail. The nails that DO have SOME product on them have acrylic flowing over onto the mangled skin that I have left on my fingers and god knows I’ll get contact dermatitis. Within an hour of leaving the salon, they chipped and are falling off. I’ve had stronger nails when I purchase $5 dollar press ons from the C
I’ve been here years ago many times and the layout of the place and service used to be SO MUCH BETTER. I’ve never written a poor review of a nail salon, but unfortunately I have to. I came home and told people this was the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. It was supposed to be something relaxing on a Monday evening- yet was very nerve wrecking and made me anxious. The older man with the glasses was incredibly rough with my feet and legs, I repeatedly said ow and pull my legs and feet back. Then he would just say sorry but continue being super tough while cleaning my toenails, massaging, and pulling my toes. It also didn’t help that while I was here , the only 2 customers that came in were to complain about previous services. It made the experience pretty un-enjoyable. I also felt the
worst mani pedi i’ve ever had. total rip off. my nails were a mess after the manicure, the skin around my nails dry and cracked, and cuticles still rough. Same for the pedicure, and uneven thin polish coat. don’t go here.
I was very disappointed with my nails and on top I was charged $80. They look so big and thick that I was mad for paying $80. I know I should’ve not give the guy a tip but I did 🤷🏽♀️ $10. So, in total $90 for nails that I ended up going to another place, 3 days later and pay $40 to fix them. So sad that this place is charging so much money for nails. I did told the guy how I felt about the nails and he tried to fix them but I guess he use the tips so big for my nails that he couldn’t make them better. The guy was very nice but I’m sorry, the nails did not.
