Glamour Nails

What I asked for VS what I got: I asked Amy could she do this design and my nails exactly like the photo same length same shape same colors, she said yes. Immediately after she cut my nails I saw they weren’t going to be the same length so I said you know what that’s ok I would hate for you to take them all off and re glue nails on. The nails look horrible, at the end she tried putting a sticker on my nail as if that’s what I asked for when I showed the photo to her and T (the owner) and they both said they could not do it. Why would you wait until 2 hours later to tell me you can’t do the design when this was the whole point? Not to mention I’ve been coming here for 7 months and they always pass me off to someone as if I’m less of a client for them. When I’m talking to T about this she ru

Got my nails done today and they turned out amazing, the man was very gentle and worked efficiently. Very good job 🫶🏻

Awful experience. Each nail is a different shape and length and all pointed in the wrong direction. My cuticles were painted over. Extremely sloppy work. I’m not sure the technician had ever done anyone’s nails before. Complete waste of money.

Avoid this salon! Today was my first visit to this salon. I was assigned a gentleman to repair my acrylic nails. He wedged a tool between the acrylic and my nail bed and pulled the acrylic off. WOW, it hurt! I asked that he soak the acrylic off ( the usual procure at good salons) but he refused, then walked away and said, “I can’t help you! So mean-spirited and unprofessional!
