Glamour Nails & Lashes

I went in about a month ago to get my acrylic nails done and even showed the nail tech a reference photo. I understand that my design might’ve been a bit challenging, so I offered to go with something simpler, but he chose to continue. The shaping turned out perfect, but the art looked nothing like the photo — he ended up freestyling and doing his own thing. I didn’t say anything because I’m not the type to speak up, even though I paid $90. He was also a little rough when moving my hands around, and I noticed a few other techs laughing at his work. I still stayed polite, and when it was time to finish, he had me rinse my hands, applied cuticle oil while I was standing, and said we were done. Overall, the nails were cute but definitely not worth what I paid. Just a heads up… avoid choosing

I came to this place multiple times and didn’t have much of a problem but now when I tried to get a 3D bow as a design on one of my nails. The man would laugh and complain about doing specific nail designs. I could tell that they would talk about there customers because other workers tend to stare. 100% will be finding a new nail salon. They don’t always understand what us customers want. And as of right now I got the black French tips and they look faded. When I asked multiple times for a 2nd coat. There is even still red chrome on my nail. Not cleaned well.

Hana did a phenomenal job. She is very meticulous and detailed in her work. She strived to make me happy and she's so nice.

I’ve gotten my nails done here before for my birthday and the costumer services was really nice so I came back. The lady didn’t ask me what I wanted she just started painting. And unfortunately I’m not the type to speak up for myself. They are bright red btw🫩. I’m going to homecoming with bright red granny nails🫩

I have been about 4 times to get my lashes done by Vicki. The first time she was super nice on time and did a wonderful job. Every time after she has been late and sped through my lashes. I pay for an hour appt and she finishes in like 25 mins. One time she was an hour late, FaceTimed someone while she was doing my lashes and then in the middle of my lash appt she went out of the lash room to talk to someone else while I laid there and waited on her to come back. After she finished my lashes she walked out of the room and didn’t say a word. I got up and asked if I were good to go and she said yeah. No bye, have a good day, nothing. Very short and zero customer service. And she got lash glue in my hair and didn’t say a word. I got home and found it.
