TERRIBLE!!! I got a gel manicure done for a business trip and within 48 hours they were chipping and just came right off! I called the nail people to ask them to fix it before my trip and they said “we don’t got no time for you”. So unprofessional. Overall, terrible experience and would not recommend. I wish I could get a refund, such a waste of money. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I've been going to Glamour Nails for 3 years and have always raved about their services. However, recently, I have been thoroughly disappointed. I made an appointment for a mani-pedi in June for the end of July, as I had a family wedding. I ended up getting acrylics in early July while out of town, and didn't call to change from a mani-pedi to a fill. I realize that this may be an inconvenience, but I felt as though the tech took out her frustration on me, both verbally and in a very rushed job. I put it aside, though, and went back today for another fill. Admittedly, it was overdue, but I had been out of town, and also had COVID when I got back, so I couldn't go any earlier than today. I can’t say enough about the family friendly vibe !!! I have been a client for about 4 years … not only are all the techs beyond talented which is HUGE … they treat you like family . I moved back to the area a little over 4 years ago & became a client. I 1st saw kimmy for gel we became fast friends … I was also in the process of becoming a foster parent in hopes to adopt … I was actually in her chair when I got he news of my 1st placement fast forward 2.5 years is now my adopted son! They staff was literally along side us the entire time as I had a standing apt every 2 weeks which my son attended as well! They soon became family ALWAYS checking in to see how the process was going as if they wouldn’t see us in less than 10 days lol truly though … amazingly talented genuine people!! The

Had a great experience here. Haven't had a pedicure in 2 years and Hannah did a wonderful job for me. The ladies working there were very fun to be around. Thank you, I'll be back!
