Glamour nails & spa stafford

I got my nails done here twice so far. Both times I went the service was amazing and I was very happy with my experience. My mom and I go together as walk-in customers. So far we have done acrylic nails and pedicures. This last time I got a special type of nails (cat eye polish) and it looks amazing! We're really happy and will definitely be back again.

They are hurting for employees. The services offered are not competitive (you get less than what you’d get for the same price with a competitor) and the quality of my pedicure was okay but the nail polish application was bad as well as my hands. Then on my gel fill in, he cut my pinky finger under my nail… I paid in full and didn’t tip. I definitely won’t be back.

My daughter and I had a great experience! We just moved to the area, and as this salon is located very near our new place, we wanted to try it out so we could establish a regular salon relationship with a local business. We came in on a Thursday evening in the 5pm hour and it was perfect timing as we were just in between the influxes of customers. We were immediately seated in pedicure chairs, John put on a movie and brought us snacks and waters. We got the green tea pedicures and it was also like aromatherapy, it smelled amazing! Very nice after an hour in traffic driving in from a day in DC attending an art event. John did my pedicure, and was great. My daughter was very happy with her pedicure as well. I have a wedding coming up and im a very busy mom. Tracy stayed late, even offered to do my finger nails. What a life saver! Not only was the customer service amazing, but so are my nails! Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Service was great! Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a salon. Got a pedicure and an acrylic fill done and they were awesome! I recommend making an appointment because they are short staffed at the moment, but who’s not right now. Overall, highly recommend and will return!
